In 1994, Mark was hired by the Pasadena Police Department after graduating from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He has worked a variety of assignments including Patrol, Detectives, Special Enforcement, Traffic, Air Operations, and Professional Standards. Commander Goodman holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, and is a graduate of POST Command College Class 66. He is one of the founding members of the California Command College Alumni Association.
